6 Forms of Relief I Use For Chronic Pain

My experience with chronic pain has led me to different forms of relief. For me, the pain results from severe and worsening spinal stenosis and sciatica. Of course have also experienced recovery pain from knee and hip replacements, fractures of several falls

1 Daily exercise routine which includes weight lifting, chair, walker yoga, tai chi, and balance exercises. This lifts my spirits and vibrations, with that endorphin release, it gives me a better frequency. Sure makes my pain more manageable.

2. Meditation of any form, sometimes just lying down and taking VERY long, deep breaths. There are healing videos/affirmations on YouTube. Joe Dispensa, Quantum healing, Louise Hayes, and Zen Healing that teaches presence.

3. Connect with Archangel Raphael, who can guide you with many health suggestions. Archangel Zadkiel spoke to me a month ago when my pain was so severe. His voice was soft and gentle, telling me how to breathe and where to place my hands as if in a Reiki session. I now connect to him daily.

4. For me, doing what I enjoy helps me rise above pain. That could be writing in a journal, counseling/helping a client, and even tho I must use a walker...get outside in the sun. Often time talking to a great friend or especially meeting them for dinner totally pulls me above the pain. Being bored and talking about the pain only enhances it.

5. Naurally their are other therapeutic methods such as Reiki, energy healings, and chakra work. Applying heat and ice alternately, chiropractic work.special types of massage and essential oils.

6. Spiritual work. Your thoughts are constantly producing a downward spiral if your thoughts are negative. Find ways to keep realigning yourself if you slip. When you are connected to spirit, things synchronize, and your ailments are not your central focus.
