Building relationships with Spirit Guides

I really don't know if I would be here today without my Spirit guides...protecting guiding and teaching me such valuable lessons. They come in so many forms: Guardian angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and loved ones who have crossed over.

They have been around you your entire life and want you to trust and form a relationship w them.

So many ways to connect. Here are a few. In a meditative state simply thank the guide first then a simple prayer or request to achieve help on specific issue. My guides introduced themselves thru automatic writing so have your journal available.

It could be audible or even visual or repeated signs they are close and available I spent 2 months studying all the Archangels and their specialties and connected to all of them. Just google "who are The Archangels and their purposes " ARCHANGEL MICHAEL has been my guides for 25 years. He speaks to me in so many different ways. At first, I asked for help feeling drained: caretaker for sick husband, working full time and writing Doctorate thesis. He said for 2 weeks ask if what I was doing was necessary or could be delegated or put on back burner. This was tremendously helpful...I learned boundaries and to ask for help. To this day He steps in often and I can feel his warm Energy. You can build a relationship with any of your guides. Just reach out and trust.
