General Guidelines For Psychics

I am certainly not critiquing other psychic readers, etc just some observations and personal lessons. As a matter of fact, I read for other tarot readers and have some clients that are far more advanced in psychic phenomena than I am. If you are new to reading professionally (tarot, palm reading, mediumship, channeling, or energy work) you will want to be well prepared, experience-wise, in your particular genre.

If you are doing a psychic fair for the first time, you need to clear and ground yourself after every session. I have found that with experience that readings flow w a forrm of channeling where there is not a lot of hesitation or confusion but information flowing freely through higher sources and consciousness which will not deplete you.

Learning good ways to protect yourself is crucial so you don’t pick up their wounds or problems. Listen carefully and realize that some really want to get stuff out or have someone to hear them, so adjust your session accordingly and honor that to a reasonable degree. I also don’t hesitate to ask questions or have some dialogue if it will help the outcome

Certain questions psychics want to avoid and yes/ no guestions are often avoided. Perhaps a client will want to know if or when a loved one will die? Often we tell them it’s out of our realm or hands There are ways ( at least with tarot ) and eventually clairvoyance that you can tell them very helpful info around timing and certain choices or paths they can take. I have a way to handle yes/no questions where I can give them the “. Odds” or a % of which choice is best and why. Ideally, you don’t want to take away hope or options. But oftentimes they want a confirmation, and that is the best way to help. For instance, I get many with relationship problems or doubts. Like “will my partner ever change or should I leave him”? If I see deceit and lack of loyalty in their partner and other red flags, I tell the truth with no sugarcoating. But in a caring way, Ethics is of importance in psychic work. Learning and refining your authenticity and delivery comes with time. If you have skills that can act as Life coaches, this really helps. Sometimes clients need to hear common sense along with your message or predictions

Tarot steers away from fortune telling. Often it lets you see more about yourself or your situation with clarity Lastly, don’t take offense if they don’t return; you might have given them what they needed at the time I had a regular client that stopped coming to see me several years ago. She stayed in touch till now, sometimes sending me beautiful gifts or cards My greatness joy is help clients but even a greater pleasure when they are healed and no longer need me .
