1 MEDITATIONS. Follow your breathing, visioning what you desire Repeating affirmations, listening to guided meditations. Open to each moment with calm awareness with mindfulness practices.

2 . STILLNESS is valuable. Keep things simple. Not all your thoughts need to be shared in fear of sabotaging self.

3. BALANCE Timing, regular sleep hours. A balance in heart chakra even reciprocal Giving and receiving.

When your chakras are balanced and spinning correctly...good physical and emotional health drawing prosperity to you. If they are unbalanced disease and depression can start showing up in life

5 THANKFULNESS AND FORGIVNESS. In your journal write on one left side what you are grateful for. One the right, write down desires or what you want to manifest Archangel ZADKIEL is great to call on if you have trouble forgiving or releasing someone. You don't have to forget if someone wronged you but set healthy boundaries and let it go.it creates toxicity if you keep replaying.
