Shadow Work :  Why are these lessons repeating ?

There are so many rich benefits to shadow work. To name a few:

- To increase your intuition and all the “Clair signs - Better decisions, clarity, peace of mind, and grounding - It’s liberating from past habits that sabotage success, relationships, and creating the future you want.

Shadow work isn’t judging past mishaps or making them bad or “sinful.” I consider it awareness, adjusting, and clearing your plate. Don’t think of it as something to avoid. Just look at the liberating outcomes above for motivation. Forgiveness is part of it ( most importantly, forgiving yourself), then forgiving the individual or circumstances. That doesn’t excuse the behavior or injustice. It just releases it from occupying your mind. Self-love is so vital for personal healing and growth. Looking to the past, even childhood) is not to bring guilt and shame. But rather, it should create release and wholeness, and is also called integration ( of dark and light sides) Some therapists or psychics can help you recognize your triggers and consciously replace old reactions, behaviors, and emotions with better ones from now on. A good book where you can learn to journal the specifics, along with how it holds you back, was key for me.

There is such a thing as spiritual bypass, where the dark side is pushed down and is not recognized ( Only “love and light”). We need to process things to become our true, authentic selves and empower ourselves.

Here are a few prompts for journaling:

What is this emotion trying to protect? What lesson does this pattern contain? Do I see this flaw in myself? What strength is hidden in this fear?

While doing this work, stay away from criticism or blame. Keep yourself open to enlightenment or at least neutrality. These are your desired frequencies
